Since 1979, we have been providing tailor-made solutions to defence companies with actual or future offset obligations in Europe, including Turkey. Outside this territory we offer our services on a case-by-case basis.

We have successfully negotiated, structured and implemented offset projects in over 15 countries.

Our clients are mainly multinationals operating in North America and Western Europe.

We have exclusive associates in all countries where our clients have entrusted us with more than $50 Mio in obligations. In other countries, we recruit ad hoc partners. Thanks to our international network of offices and associates, we are linked across multiple markets and sectors.

Van Bockel & Partners places particular emphasis on structuring in-country relationships with our local partners ­ developing investment, transfer of technologies, and export project opportunities.

In addition to being offset experts, we have investment banking, international business, defence, and law skills. Therefore, we can provide insight into the legal, commercial and financial features of offset projects, the contractual issues, and the appropriate way to negotiate and structure Industrial Cooperation and Offset proposals.
